I started DJB-THE-DJ because I love to play music, entertain, and see people enjoying themselves. I gain great satisfaction from seeing my client's happiness with the service I provide. I co-ordinate with my clients to ensure all their requirements are met, to ensure a seamless and memorable occasion and treat them with the professional courtesy and attention they deserve. As in most things the cheapest DJ or operator is not always the best value! You are choosing a professional service which will make your celebration or venue a day or night to remember for all the right reasons, so why have it ruined or have a very ordinary function with a inexperienced bargain DJ! The DJ is not an after thought - the entertainment can make or break the event. Your Guests remember the entertainment, and not so much the meal that was served as the years pass. Many venues will encourage you to use "their" DJ because they keep most of the fee and consequently, the DJ is mediocre, working for a mediocre wage.

I believe that there is more to a Disc Jockey than just playing music. The DJ should be an Entertainer that can interact with the crowd. It is the way the music is played in a sequence so that there is a continuous flow of tempo so people on the dance floor keep on dancing. A DJ should be the master of his work and have the art to mix new music with old, mix different styles with others, including your requests and keeping everyone happy, so everyone, young and old can be a part of the event and have a enjoyable night that everyone will remember for years to come. This belief is what sets me and a small amount of other professional DJ's apart from the rest. If you have a particular date in mind and I am unable to be hired on that date of your request, I can supply or recommend another professional DJ that I have a high regard for and respect for their professionalism in the industry.
